The Gladiator Home Generator System allows you to use your portable Gillette Generator as a standby emergency power source for your home or small business. It eliminates hazardous power drop cords running randomly through doors or windows and outdoors to a gen-set. It prevents dangerous emergency power back-feed to utility lines and conforms to UL certification and local electrical codes. The power cord Connects the portable Gillette Generator to the power inlet box, that is mounted to the exterior of your home. A licensed electrician must provide interior wiring from, to a junction box. An additional whip power cord connects the junction box (C) with manual transfer switch. A wiring harness is supplied to connect into existing distribution center. Individual switches, monitored by (2) watt meters, allow manual balancing of the load. Loads are applied until watt meters show full load on generator set. A video is provided to show installation and operation. |
